Prototype Solutions Group, Inc. houses some of the finest rapid prototype technology available in the industry, along with a very talented and creative workforce.  Our experience, our methods and our philosophy on “customer service”, brings to you a rapid prototyping company whose mission is to “produce the finest, most highly detailed and sophisticated prototypes in the industry, creating value through our professional solutions and unparalleled customer service”.

Our core software includes Solidworks, Pro/Engineer, and SurfCam, enabling us to manipulate almost any computer file format.  We are powered by multiple HAAS CNC milling centers and a registered user of 3D Systems’ stereolithography.

Providing new, proprietary techniques with an assortment of conventional equipment, PSG blends CNC machining, stereolithography, urethane casting, superior finishing and decorating skills, and the ability to think “outside the orb” to produce visual models, engineering models, architectural models and just about anything in between.

Our company was formed by a group of individuals with many years of experience in prototyping and product development. Our team has worked with countless designers and engineers from Fortune 500 companies to small independent “idea people”.  Tom Budd, Kurt Bengtson and Scott Hearley have been model makers, supervisors, project managers and now, working partners.
