CNC Milling

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Milling is a very common subtractive manufacturing process. This process uses rotating cutting tools to progressively remove material from a stationary workpiece. Machines that operate on 3 to 5-axes allow for unique shapes, holes and slots to be cut at various angles. This is a suitable option for creating high-tolerance, complex parts of various sizes in a wide range of materials.

CNC Turning

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Turning is a subtractive manufacturing process commonly performed with a CNC lathe. This process rotates a workpiece against stationary cutting tools to progressively remove material. Our lathe is equipped with live tooling to allow for turning and milling capabilities in the same set up. CNC Turning is commonly used for more intricate cylindrical parts and high-volume production.
